Bloomberg BNA and Grant Thornton LLP are launching a new program series to help organizations understand and prepare for sweeping tax and regulatory policy changes.

The Future Ready Business: Washington Impact series (https://www.grantthornton.com/bloomberg/washington-impact) will combine Bloomberg BNA’s high-quality research and tax and legal news expertise with Grant Thornton’s renowned business-advisory capabilities and issue-driven insights. The year-long program will include a series of events – both live and virtual – as well as digital content to guide business leaders through the uncertainty in Washington, D.C., such as the Trump administration’s plans to implement the most sweeping changes to the tax code since the Tax Reform Act of 1986.

“We will be leveraging our decades of expertise in tax and legal research and news to develop programs that will provide insights into how policy changes being made inside the Beltway will impact business from coast to coast,” said Mike MacKay, president, Bloomberg BNA Plus. “We look forward to collaborating with Grant Thornton to develop impactful programs that will arm professionals with the tools they need to help their businesses best prepare for what portends to be a period of significant regulatory change.”

The United States is primed to see historic tax reform and sweeping policy changes; business leaders need to be prepared,” said Randy Robason, national managing partner of Tax Services for Grant Thornton. “The Future Ready Business series will help them do just that – tapping into Bloomberg BNA’s deep well of insights and Grant Thornton’s decades of know-how, both real-world and research-focused.”

The initial Future Ready Business: Washington Impact program series will kick off with a webcast on Monday, May 22 at 1 p.m. ET. Separating Business Signals from Political Noise: A Policy Update for Executives will bring together Congressional newsmakers and tax specialists in an exclusive webinar to mark where we are in the legislative process, timing and outlook for two of the administration’s signature economic priorities. To register, visit http://on.bna.com/VHYd30b7kJS.
